This particular clip shows how its done on an older 4.55.
There is a bit of tweaking from a 450 template and the end result is a nice matching contour to suit.

The vessel is manufactured from rotomoulded LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene), a highly durable and impact-resistant material that allows for a range of structural modifications. In this demonstration, we design, fabricate, and weld new spray deflectors to enhance ride quality, reduce water spray, and improve overall on-water performance.

From preparation and fit-up through to final extrusion welds, this video highlights the techniques, equipment, and attention to detail required to achieve a strong, clean, and long-lasting result.
