Care & Maintenance

HDPE is highly resistant to UV, saltwater and corrosion and will not rust or rot. Simply rinse the tank with fresh water after use and periodically check fittings to keep it in top condition.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Change of Mind

As our products are manufactured to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or if you no longer require the product.

Please ensure you carefully review all product specifications and dimensions before placing your order.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged, is defective, or does not match your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number.
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging.

We will assess the issue and, where required under Australian Consumer Law, provide a repair, replacement, or refund.

Custom-Made Products

Custom-made or modified products manufactured to your specifications cannot be returned or refunded due to change of mind. However, if a custom product has a manufacturing fault or does not meet the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide an appropriate remedy.

Returns Process

Returns must not be sent without prior approval.

To request a return, please contact us with your order details. If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Where a return is required due to a manufacturing fault or other issue covered under Australian Consumer Law, we will advise whether return shipping costs will be reimbursed or arrange an alternative solution.

Refunds

Once an approved returned item has been inspected, any applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Shipping

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available.

Delivery Address

Authority to Leave

If you choose Authority to Leave (ATL), your order may be left in a safe location at the delivery address. Once delivered, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.

If no ATL is provided and no one is available to receive the delivery, the carrier may leave a collection card or arrange a redelivery, which may incur additional charges.

Inspecting Your Order

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your package has been damaged during transit or an item is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the packaging and product so we can assist.

Delays

While we aim to dispatch and deliver orders promptly, delays may occur due to courier networks, weather events, peak shipping periods or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience should these situations arise.

Custom & Large Items

Some products may be shipped via specialised freight due to their size or weight. Additional delivery arrangements may be required for oversized items, and we will contact you if necessary.
